Auto to Manual?

is it possible to switch the transmission from auto to manual and is it an expensive thing to do. Is it worth it?

Possible = yes anything is possible with money
Expensive = depends on if you think 4000-5000 is expensive
worth it = its been done. but if you dont have sentimental value with your car just trade in and buy a manual trans vehicle.
