Ok, so now I've changed the plugs and plug wires and she is back to running like a stripped ape but occasionally she seems a little reluctant to start when warm. She used to start up immediately but now seems top be a little flooded or lean, it's hard to tell. I've seen a few posts about the fuel preasure regulator. Can anyone tell me where it's located and what it looks like?
Thx

it is under the plastic engine cover, towards the back on the right hand side it has a small vacuum hose going out of it towards the right,it is about 1 1/2 " round and metal...looks similar to a small oiler can..remove "carefully" the vacuum hose from the regulator end and take a smell if you smell a strong gasoline smell in the hose the regulator is likely leaking pressure,to take it off push down on it slightly and pull away the horseshoe shaped clamp making a mental note of the way the clamp fits on, if you get a big blast of gasoline here this indicates there is lots of pressure in the fuel system...there have been many other posts on this subject here it would be a good idea to search this topic for some of the others openions...news
