I just swapped my b18c out of my wrecked 93 civic dx coupe into my new 95 ex coupe. Everything fits fine except for the bottom half of my AEM cold air intake(with bypass valve). The intake fit fine into the first swap why not in the second?

the bends on the bottom half of the intake, the end with the filter attached, make it impossible for it to go into the engine bay hole. sorry for not making myself clear.

Maybe it was screwed up in your wreck. If it fit the first one, it should fit the second as they are the same.

I was hit from behind so it couldn't be that. Maybe the engine bay changes between the 93 dx and 95 ex.

Engine bays are the same, it's the same car, with a different motor. We were rear end from behind by a drunk and it somehow broke the bybass vavle on my brothers girls AEM, so yea, a strong enough jolt could possibily have bent it is a little
