strange prblems

i have a 1986 thunderbird that after jacking up the rear end no longer starts.the engine will crank over and their is spark.also their is fuel right up to were the lines bolt into the CFI.but no fuel inside the CFI.the fuel relay make a clicking sound and after resetting the inertia switch and replacing the filter it still makes a clicking noise the fuel pump i jumped and it was fine.

then i would suggest replacing the fuel relay, i was having a simular problem with my t-bird a while back, everytime i would go down hill the car would spit and spudder, it would do the same thing when i went up hills, not only that, but when i would turn the car off, the fuel pump would stay on all the time, so i replaced the sensor for it and there you have it, no more problems, i personally think that ford made the fuel delivery system a litttle weak on the t-bird, cause if you ask me, i like a t-bird better than i do a mustang, ok just to give you some insight, if you have ever seen an intake for a t-bird 5.0L then you'll know what i'm talking about, you know how the intake curves some, well, if you'll look at the 91 intake and then look at the 94-95 cobra intake, it's the same, down to the port size
