Hello, just wondering what yall keep your tires at. I have 225 60 16's and used to keep them relatively high, at 35psi. Now i keep it at 30psi on all fours(recomended on the door panel). The lower psi gives a smoother ride. Plus, is it just me, or does a lower psi make it easier for donuts..??

No one can really answer your question because you have not given all the information needed.
I would need to know what brand and type of tire you are running. Are you using the factory rims and suspension? Is the PSI rating you are stating cold or hot? How worn are your tires. But anywas.
Tire pressure is for the most part a personal preferance issue (within reason). And goes ignored by most. I drive all my vehicles rather agressively and my tire pressure settings will reflect that.
I currently have a set of toyo proxes on the front,225/50/16, and i run 34 PSI hot in them. Also I have the front end set up with 3/4th a degree negative camber verses the factory 1/2 a negative degree.
The rear tires are 225/60/16s. They are some off brand all season crap I can't wait to burn off. I run 38 PSI hot in them due to how much sidewall flex they have. With my current setup the car will oversteer very easily, especialy in the rain.
If you want to save money and make you tires last , use the factory pressure setting, and make sure your alignment is good.
If you want all the performance (lateral g's not drag racing) you can try an old racer trick to help determine what PSI you need to run. Make 3 or 4 lines down the sidewall of the tires, starting at the corner of the tread, using white shoe polish or chalk. Now go for a good hard drive turning a lot of corners. Now check the lines you made on the tires. If more then a 1/2 inch (preferably 1/4th or less but I dought you will be able to achieve that with 60 series tires,) of the lines below the top of the tire is worn off you need more pressure.
P.S. Don't go overboard and don't exceed the tire manufacturers pressure rating. Always remember, it's about what you prefere. Take chances, burn rubber and smoke.
