1993 Accord vs 1997 Prelude

Okay here it goes. Which one of these two cars would be 1) better looking with a Skyline type body kit? 2)would be the faster car if you swapped in the K20A2 engine into it? 3)would be the better car for a high-schooler to have for when they start driving?
