rims

Alright i have a 1993 civic sedan and i was looking at buying some new rims, the ones that stick out the most and i keep coming back to are the tenzo rs-5, im looking at the gunmetal with a chrome rim on the edge, i was wondering what you think of these rims and where is the best place to purchase them(and cheapest) o and my car is white
