95 neon cranks but no fuel or spark

i just put a new head in my neon and when i tryed to start it the fuel pump would not engage i checked it for spark and got none.
i cheked the auto shut off relay and found it was getting no voltage .I dont know if this is a fluke but the car started and ran fine twice after i topped of the powersteering fluid i looked at the wiring shematics and it showd the powersteering pressure swich providing ground.i think the poblem is getting power to the auto shut off swich.

you just have a bad connection somewhere, follow any and every wire you fucked with
