oil leak

I've noticed that a lot of Altimas that come in to our shop leak oil onto the control arms. Is this a valve cover issue?

The oil leak could be the valve cover, it could also be the crank case seal. The crank case seal is a lil circular seal, its about $20 from a Nissan Dealership. Its not that difficult to put in.....
