look as far as a drag car goes nitrous isnt cheating, but if ur bragging about how much horsepower your street car has, nitrous is cheating. This is for the simple fact that most of the time on the street you will not have the chance to use the nitrous. Alright there are the sneaky pete kits (15-30 shot ) that might be aplicable to the street, but I highly doubt many peolpe have been in the situation to use a 150 on the street. I did say most, dont tear me apart with specific situations I'm just saying in general

Um.... NITROUS isn't just used for DRAG... just want to clarify that... and nitrous is not cheating no matter which scenario you put it... in that case all MODIFICATIONS are cheating...

But I will have to agree with you... you don't really see anyone using nitrous in excess of a 100shot... as a matter of fact I have not seen one legitimate street car witht that kinda set-up...

no in normal driving conditions pretty much every mod with the exception of VTEC crap will make a difference whether its ur suspension or gaining more boost in some way or raising ur compression (N/A). All of these you will seem some difference in performance even if ur just running to Wawa (go philly area) around the corner. Nitrous you see no gain till u flip that switch and hit that button and its a rare occasion when u get to do so

The turbo's on most of our project cars (1995 GS-X with a 4G63T, 1990 Twin Turbo ZedX, FD3S, JZA80)
Wouldnt kick in until 3,000rpm. Thus for street driving, the turbines were never fully nominal.

But every other mod is pretty much consistant (other than Nitrous I suppose)

Nitrous is not cheating, im sorry, its not. It's just silly if you have a stock internal engine, with a 150shot direct port.

I saw a Del Sol with 100% stock engine (and about 12grand in the exterior and interior) not even a CAI system. But he had a 100shot Dry.

He blew his engine to high hell the first shot.

It's fine if you car is prepped for it, but for God's sake. Be smart!
