makin subs are fairly difficult, if at all even worth the effort. A way to do it (very briefly) would be to take a small piece of styrene cut into a circle (about the width of your middle finger) and cut a circle in the center of that piece (about the diameter of a pencil). Now make other 'flat donuts' like that one, but this time make each one slightly smaller than the previous one. Stack about four together and then plug the center with some putty. You should have an idea of what I'm talking about if you know what the classic subs look like.

For the boxes, build them out of styrene.

ya, the box would best be built with styrene. 2 pieces shaped like rectangles equal size for the front and back, 2 squares for the sides (also same size). and one other rectangle for the top...then dremel out the holes for the speakers. again, hopefully you should have an idea what I'm talking about. rather than hope to answers proactively, I can just give more info as you need. pm me
