Great price? 96 Saleen 281S Mustang $15995?

A buddy is selling his very impressive black beauty 96 Mustang Saleen 281S with just 27k miles on her. Always garaged, non smoker, Almost like new condition! (one or 2 stone chips in front)
He has the orig. sticker for it, is $15,995 too cheap?

its a waste of money cmon first of all its ugly, and second of all its a mustang with slight upgrades, i would go with a camaro ss instead... but its your opinion...
