Ocean City?

So I was down at the shore this weekend and saw a few nice 3000gts, a black SL, a blue vr4, and a few others, I was just wondering if any of you happened to have been down there and taken your cars for a spin?

Also a bit off topic, the weekend was top-ed off when I saw a nice black viper. I went up and checked it out, only to see it was auto...to my disappointment. I kinda felt like that was a waste.

Powertrain Options and Availability
No decisions were needed when selecting a Viper powertrain. Every one came with a high-powered V10 engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. No automatic ever was offered. The V10 started with 400 horsepower and 462 pound-feet of torque, growing to 450 horsepower and 500 pound-feet during 1996 when the GTS coupe debuted. Torque output dipped from 500 to 490 pound-feet in 1998.

I was there that was great 110 cars showed up. The whole beach was flooded with 3000GT's and Stealth's. I can't wait till next year.

I dunno what to tell you, but me and 2 friends definantly looked into the cabin, as it was parked right next to the boardwalk( if I had that car I'd be 90 blocks away from the crowds of people) and it was definantly automatic.

Bizzare. To bad you didn't have a camera with you. It would be one of those things I'd want to see. I wonder what kind of automatic transmission they could mate to that engine.....
