ATL GA do it yourself garage?!?!?

I live in apts in atlanta at Geogia Tech so i am right in the middle of a very large city. I was wondering if anyone knows a do it yourself garage within 50 miles of my home. I know there are some atl peeps on here. Help me out. I got no garage but i want to do some mods.
