Headlights don't work, Help!

This is my first time in this forum. I'm looking for some help with headlights on a 1991 Century. They don't work at all. All other lights and signals are OK. The hih-beam switch doesn't "click" when trying to turn them on. Feels broken. Would this affect the low beams as well?

Yes. Try replacing the switch.
