87 tpi 350 in trans am

I am in a real jam and could use any advise. I have an 87 ta with a 350 tpi from an 87 formula. I can not get the injectors to pulse. there are proper voltages along the circuit but the ecm will not ground the injector circuits out. Any experiance or knowlege of these engines would be greatly appreciated. thank you. [email protected]

i have sovlved it. the cold start injector needs to work in order for the car to run. it has taken a year of troubleshooting wires to try spraying ether into the throttle body and the car fired and ran.
