the TEMS is Toyota Electronic Management Suspension or something like that. What it is is the supras with TEMS can press a button to change the shocks to either normal or sport. I dunno much about it, but i know that is waht it is.

You almost had it, Toyota Electronicly Modulated Suspension. What it does is change the firm/soft setting of the shocks in responce to what you do and how your driving. Say you have it on sport (hardest setting) and you jerk the wheel or mash the brake, it goes to full firm, there are sensors for everything letting it know when and how much to change the shock pressure. It's a nice option but an upgraded suspension will out perform it. There's an old SOGI tech tip for a TEMS firm mod, basicly locking the shocks in the firm setting when in sport mode if you want.
