breaks affecting wipers...

Alright, a few weeks ago I posted a question about my wipers hitting hood. Well, my friend recently pointed out while in the car that the wipers only hit the hood when I press on the brakes. And sure enough, everytime I pressed on the brakes, the wipers would hit the hood (go past the stop point) 5 - 10 times. If I'm just cruizin not using the brakes they never hit the hood.

Weird huh?

Any idea? Power consumption from brakes? Anything?
