Solva set is too strong for most decals. Solvent is not needed on a decal like that which lays down on a flat service. Try a hot damp cloth instead of solvent and the decals will lay down instantly without wrinkles. I only use solvent(Micro Sol)in seams and where decals wrap under a wheel openening or a body edge.
