eclipse v. cougar

i have a stock 2000 eclipse rs stick and my friend has a 99 cougar v6 auto. every car we owned i have raped him but this time im not sure. i dont want to lose to him so can someone tell me who would win. both r stock except for a muffler on the cougar

our first cars were 94 civic verse 95 cavilier, i had the civ. next was a my 97 maxima verse his 97 cutlass, i wish i still had the maxima but u kno how it is with fuckin drunk drivers.

eh dont the V6 cougers have around 165hp? or is it 180? mmmm Idk dude your car is abit lighter and has a better torque curv. And since you have a 200 you have about 155 hp. Ummm Fuck with your mafs, and make a ghetto cold air intake. And make sure eto cut and tape up that Block on the right thats part of the plastic intake tube near the top. Ive done this and messed with the mafs and Im guessing Ive picked up at most 5hp. Still not that bad.Either way I dont think youll win honestly. It'll be a close race no doubt but I think hell pull ahead in 3rd gear. Just my opinion. But if you strip your shit add a better exhaust and an intake youll beat him with out a doubt. Also make sure you have some good tires up front.
