Remote control front door locks won't open

I have a 1993 LeSabre. When I press the remote control to unlock the doors, only the back doors open, the front doors stayed locked. I have to manually open front doors.
When I open the front door manually and hit the remote to lock them, they lock, but just won't open.

Don't have a clue how to fix it.

Hi, I had the same problem, it is not that easy to fix. On the latch inside the door there is a small rubber part that tears and will only lock the door. I have fixed my passenger side door twice now. I made a new piece for it myself, it lasted about three years. You have to take the inner door panel off and then take the latch off to do the repair. I never checked at the dealer to see if they sell the part seperately.
