whats the difference between a 205/40/17 tire and a 215/45/17 tire?
and which one is better?

the 215/45/17 is wider and taller. Which everone fits better...the 205/40/17 is optimal in terms of keeping your speedo on track and looks good. If you want a wider tire for more traction you can go with the 215 and you'll have better protection from potholes and bumps since you have more sidewall. But it'll affect the speedo more and might not fit on your rim depending on how wide it is.

Check this out and play around with it.

well, are they ????

Go buy a pair and let us know. Either that or do some research yourself:

http://www.google.com

I looked for a review at www.1010tires.com and couldn't find anything. The only tire I even saw by Visa was the VK-50G and it's an all weather tire.

Since nobody is responding, nobody probably has them. I can lie to you if you want the information quicker though..

I did a little searching and I came up basically with nothing. lol. It seems like the only places they can be bought though are on cheap wheel / tire packages which makes me think they are probably pretty crappy. It seems like they are a generic brand distributed by Falken. I had a set of Falken ZIEX 512s though and they were great.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

BTW 96civic: I wasn't trying to bust your balls. It just gets a little frustrating when people ask a question and expect an immediate answer.
