"addressed" means "discussed." It didn't mean I gave you my address!

Search for "thermostats," find the thread(s), examine what you find, and one of them should have very clear pioctures.

Just did one tonight. It takes about 20 minutes. I will give you brief description: Take off the big rubber hose from the filter box to the intake. You need a phillips screwdriver and pliers for this. Then you can clearly see the thermostat housing, at the end of the top radiator hose, on the engine. Remove the 10mm bolt holding the wiring harness just below the thermostat housing, the the 10mm bolt holding that bracket. Also, on top of the housing is a sensor. Light green I believe is the connector color. Just squeeze it at the top where the wires go in, and pull while squeezing. Then remove the 2, 10mm bolts that hold the housing on. Pull it off, should come off easy. Make sure you put the new stat in with the cone-pointy top facing out, towards you. Use a new rubber gasket. Look at the old one to make sure you put it on right. There are a couple of rubber tits on the backside, that go towards the top. MAKE SURE YOU LINE THESE UP. Push it in place, and carefully put the housing back on making sure to not let the new stat slip out. then reverse everything you did to get there. It really is not difficult. Then start the car, and top off the antifreeze. Good luck!!

AND bleed the cooling system, or you're asking for more problems.
