94 Tracker Tuneup (1.6L I-4 MPI)

I have had my tracker for a year or 2 now. I don't know when the last tuneup happen.

What should I do to give my "Turtle" a full Tuneup?
What can I do myself and what should I let a mechanic do?

plugs , wires , cap , and rotor button , change the fuel filter and if have the extra cash change the 02 sensor , if you have basic hand tools you can do everything , you will have to rent , buy , or borrow the socket to take out the sensor
