hey there! I know that some of you must have had to take out the stock stereo at one time or another....so maybe you could give me some advice as to how. Mine is a 1994. It sorta looks impossible, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's been awhile. I sold mine about 3 years ago. There is the trim that goes around the radio, climate controls, ect. it should just pop off. It might be kind of hard. There shouldn't be any screws though. Then just take out the 2 screws holding the radio in.

Hey Amanda, former Custom audio guy here ;) that trim around the radio just pops off, there are I think 4 clips so pull close to them at each corner (they are on the strait peices not the corners themselves, make sence?) Anyway give it a pull and where it clings to the dash. put the pressure there to avoid breaking the trim, after that just take the 2 screws out of the radio, and there should be a ground strap you'll have to unbolt it from the radio too... If you have the infinity sound system in your car, then make sure you use the amp turn on (remote wire) and attach it to the harness, if not you won't get sound. This wire is blue with a white stripe (on the aftermarket radio) Good luck with it.
