radio,clock,horn

After using a vaccuum that plugged into my cigarrette lighter on my 1992 Buick LeSabre, the clock display does not work, the horn does not work, and the radio stations do not come in, however there is static when the radio is turned on. What could this be?

Yes, and actually, my 10 year old fixed the problem for me! He found the owner manual and figured out where the fuses are and found a spare one in there and changed it! What a kid!
