Boston,eclipse convention,hmmmm

I think there should be a convention near or in Boston, cuz it seems to me that there are a few people on this forum from around here,so i was just woundering why at least locally we dont have one,or at least on the east coast, i know our weather sucks but in the summer its nice as shit over here,so what do you people think,this should be good,lol

I'm like an hour or so from boston. If ya'll do that then, I would probably take a trip up there. I'll even try to bring people if you do it.

ill meet up with your guys i live in roslindale/west roxbury (boarder line) but the thing is i got rid of my eclipse. im waiting to get another one.

BTW, i am in Brighton. just moved from boston two months ago. but still.. 10 mins away from it.

I think a Boston gathering would be cool. Its strange to think that there are so many AF Eclipse people near Boston. I think I could count on one hand the number of eclipses I've seen in the 3 years I've been there.

you wouldn't happen to live anywhere near Kelton would you? i know that there're two other eclipses parked on the street in front of me. one of them is burgandy red the other one looks just like yours LOL

I live in central mass, about 40 minutes from Boston. I was born in Brighton though. :D There are a ton of DSMers in this area. There are 300 people on the old NEWENGDSM list, and almost 200 on the new forums. The link is

But I'll warn you, this isnt another ricer forum, its very technically oriented, and a valuable resource. We typically prefer that members be from newengland if they join.

If anyone is interested, the group meets at new england dragway (.com for directions) on the second wednesday night of each month, and at the Import events they have on saturdays a few times a year (see the tracks schedule). Sometimes we do hooters meetings and the like as well.

For the other question, I'm 26 and I work for Intel, making computer chips (Pentium 4 processors mostly). All of POSr works at intell actually, lol. And there are a few other DSMers there too. Pretty good concentration of these things in this area...

I'm not sure where Kelton is, but I'm right near the South Street T stop. I guess I just don't get out enough to see all the DSMs.

Because I forgot to include this last time, I'm 21 and I'm an accounting major at BC. I'll be working for Bysis this summer.

hey i went in the turbo a gs or rs thread and asked about horsepower and these people get mad huh,lol,the next post was "i thought this was for turboing a gs or rs",they got mad that i said that,funny to cuz alot of people do that even the mods but no one says nothin to them,funny how that works

I lived on Logge st in Woonsocket for a few years, just moved out last spetember back to mass. I lived right in front of that convienent store in that POS intersection there.... :biggrin:
