make some cocky over confident loser think you've never seen anyone do it and you don't think its possible and ofcourse they will say, well I can do that!

but what you do is, get that person to get down like there gonna do crunches, put a folded towel across there eyes and forehead, then have one person put one foot on each end of the towel, then tell them to try their hardest for 30 seconds to do a sit up, then that you'll take off the towel and they have to try and do 1 situp... well at about 25 second have someone pull down there pants and put there but just over the persons knees and when you remove the towel, WAM! nose in the crack! lol its great fun on road trips when you get tired of hearing someone talk trash :)

Sounds like a good way to get a sore asshole to me...
