faulty No.1 piston sensor....HELP

the No.1piston is in aline and the ECU still tells me its messed up..if its broke what do i replace?thanks

I can't answer your question because I am dealing with the same issue (DOHC ZC, check engine light comes and goes???) but my questoon is why are you using an AUTO ecu???

code 9(No.1 piston pos.)where would the sensor be?.all i could get for free was a automatic ECU.I got a PM7 from a 91 Si in the mail.but the car is a 89 civic hatch DX

the ecu should still work the pm7, the major problem with the 89 integra ls automatic ECU is its from auto thats why you get errors at certian speeds

when I get that PM7 and if I continue haveing problems,where would the No.1 piston senor be?
