added catback and headers..do I need a new catalytic convert????

I just bought a 2 1/2 inch catback system and racing headers for my 96 accord but am a little confused about one thing...If I get a "racing type"cat converter will my O2 sensor think my exhaust is too cool and make my engine run rich(with bad fuel economy---2 bucks a gallon now ya know) ???? Ive heard both to get it and to not get it...please help a fellow honda head..thank you

well its up to you honda cats flow really well. I run a catco one and I am happy with it. It did fry my O2 sensor though.
