Well now ive gone and done it...car wont start

Im messing with the intake system(taking it off) dont ask why, and i took out 2 screws that went to the MAF sensor to pull it out and of course it wont let me...i put everything back the way it was and now it wont start...im guessing i screwed with it and now all the air/fuel is messed up

my question

Why wont it start i put all back together correctly? i mean is it possible to break part of the MAF and not have it run? I may have broke something inside the box thingy i cant really see

sorry for not being so clear..im 17 and suck at explaining stuff

also how much do replacement MAFs run

thx for help

Possibly check the wires running from the gas tank up and any of the wires under the hood that you might have moved. Your dad is right when you pop a fuse instantly there is a short somewhere. When the fust popped where was the key on the truck ACC/ON/OFF?
