tint in PA

does anyone know what is the legal limit of tint in PA i think its 70% but im not sure ...and does anyone know if you are allowed to tint your front windshield if you use the legal limit on it ?

Make sure it's legal before you tint. Otherwise, When you take off window tint, due to a ticket, the glue sticks on window and is a pain to remove.
