Large Bores

What is the largest bore that one could get out of an H22A4, the engine from the '97-'98 Honda Prleude SH, if one was to go to the max? And how much weaker would the walls be if one was to do so? Also how high psi would this said engine then be able to handle? And finally with this done and with 9:1 compression pistons how much power could one expect from it? What if you were also to hook up nitrous, and how much could one expect to be avle to put into this engine?
Oh yeah all this is with out blowing the engine to the junkyard in the sky. :evillol: Peace and chicken grease.

idk about h22a, but its not recommended to bore the stock sleeves. it would be better to get the block resleeved with stronger sleeves. and also you dont want to max bore it then turbo it because then the sleeves would be really weak and probably couldnt handle the boost safely.
ill give you an example with the b series. they say if you are going to run high boost, to keep the bore under 84mm, stock is 81mm. but if your going all motor you can go to 86mm (not sure about all motor bore) but with teh walls being thin it couldnt handle alot of boost safely.
so i wouldnt think about max bore with max boost

You don;t want to bore out that motor and asking for a horsepower estimate with just these few variables is ridiculous. Unless by some chance in hell someone else has done the exact same thing and has a dyno sheet for you to look at anything someone tells you is just a guess that could be 100 hp off of the mark. If you really want to do this go do it and tell us how it works.
