Explorer fuel injector

I have a '95 and '00 Ford Explorer Sport and have starting experiencing the same thing in the '00 as I do in the '95. All too often it seems that when I start both vehicles the fuel doesn't seem to be going through enough and the car idles a zero. No point in turning the A/C on, the car will die. It is hell to drive when it does this especially when taking a turn at slow speeds...the car will die.
Any suggestions or has anyone else experience this problem.
Thanks,
John

Fuel injected vehicles have a throttle body valve that needs to be spray cleaned with carb cleaner at least twice a year. Start there.

there is an idle control solenoid on the left side of the intake manifold it looks like a pill bottle . it sometimes get corbon deposits in it, clean it out with a brush but do not use carb cleaner on it. try that , good luck
