Please Help me Concerning my eclipse

I recently purchased a '95 eclipse with a a crappy blitz bumper on the front. There was no reinfrocement and the bumper was in bad shape. I went ahead and ordered reinforcement and a new bumper. But, now I'm left feeling in over my head. I have no idea what nuts or bolts I need to install this bumper. I don't know anything about how to put it on. . . is there a certain way? Are there normally lights in the front bumpers, or are they usually bare? I feel like such a ditz but could someone please help me with how and what to do? I'm really handy so if I had instructions I know I could make it all work. Thank you ahead of time.

go to the "read this before asking a question" thread in there is a list of links go to vfaq they have directions for putting on a crappy blitz front bumper lol but it will work for putting on a stock one too.
