Scratches on wheels

Anyone know what product I can use to get scratches out of my '03 LS wheels. I know that its a dumbass question but I fell in a ditch and I'm pissed.

Also, if someone runs into your parked vehicle and removes paint from your bumper, will insurance cover that?

1- I dont know if you got hubcaps or rims. Try finding some paint that matches at your local car part store. My does have specific paint for hubcaps.
2- You have to check with your insurance, you didnt say it was dented so probably not.
