what kind of rims where these

i saw an expedition in my school parkin lot with 23'' rims. they were these weird looking rims and i couldnt read the name on the rim, but im pretty sure the name started wit LAC... does anyone know the full name of these rims or any rims that has a similar name???

Maybe Lexani's... they make crazy looking chrome rims that are big, so does Neeper, but LAC, im not sure
