hey a friend just bought a 90 crx si and some reason it topping out at like 5500rpm and the ecu throwing a code 17...which i dont know what that means...also there sounds like a loud knocking noise by the intake when you step on the gas...and i need to know if anyone has a manuel on how to reinstall the speedo cable thanks.....

ok so i dont start to many threads i found another thing wrong...if there black oilish water coming out the exhuast like mad crazy when i floor it cause my friends car frm hitting higher than 5500 rpm?
