Where is the fuel pump relay located at on the 1996 Escort 1.9 Engine, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

According to Autozone website, it's at:
"FRONT SEATING AREA, CENTER, UNDER DASH, MOUNTED BELOW ASHTRAY CAVITY"

Would this (the location) be the same for a '93 Escort 1.9L?
