You've got two basic choices if you want a programmable stock ecu. Hondata, or Zdyne. With both ecu's you get programmable control over every increment of timing and fuel control and the knock sensor. Also both systems offer the additional advantage, especially for you, of rpm dependant boost control. It seems even though positive manifold pressure is notorious for triggering the "check engine" lighton Honda's, your mass air sensor is actually calibrated to read up to 12psi. They are comparitivly priced with the only major difference between the two being the Hondata allows real time datalogging from the engines sensors while it's running. The Zdyne ecu doesn't offer that option, however with the Zdyne system you can upload changes with the car running, while with the Hondata ecu you have to burn a new chip each timeyou want to make a change. It's a plug n play type of deal as well. You disconnect your ecu, send it in, and within 3-5 days you've got it back. Just plug it back in and your ready to start tuning using a laptop and either companies Windows based proprietary software. You also must remember that while you can see significant increases in hp and torque with this type of programability, I think the more important point is that you have added a level of reliability that aftermarket fpr's, boost controllers, and knock sensors could never provide. Hope this has helped.:D
