Yes, manuals are drilled and tapped to accept bolts for the pressure plate. and they are usually heavier (thicker).

Let me qualify my previous post. It has been a few years since I have done anything involving flywheel removal and that was on older rear drive domestics.

same thing applies public, manual tranny flywheels are heavier, and tapped to accept pressure plate bolts and so on.
On the other hand, both manual and auto flywheels are round, with two flat sides. heheheheh
Now, where i come from, the manual one is called a flywheel, and the automatic one is called a flexplate.
