Auto Temp

I am having trouble with my heating and air controls. If I set it on 65 degrees it is cold, if it is set to 66 it is as hot as it can get. I pulled the unit out and all the connections seem to be fine, does anyone have any ideas?

You may need a new unit. Or, take it to an electrician and have them check it out. Good Luck!!!
