damn door handle

went to the mall today and i left and went to get in my car and the friggin door handle broke off in my hand,now i was with a chick so you can imagine how fucking dumb i looked,but anyway i have been reading online and i guess this happens alot to 2g owners anyone else have this problem

do you mean the actual handle part fell off or the locking machanism fell. because for me, it's the lock that fell into the bottom of the door. i dont know if someone was trying to hack into it and didn't suceed or what. since i rarely use the key to open doors, i just noticed that one day when i happened to feel like using a key.

yeah, it happened to me. it really isnt that hard to change it out with a new one. Once you open the door pannel youll be able to figure it out, thats what i had to do.

DSMs are notorious for breaking door handles. I have steel inserts in mine, they can hold the weight of two concrete bags.

where do you get the inserts from

yeah i meant the handle,but yo that looks cool ill have to try something cuz it looks stupid right now,but i have to order the replacement handle that will match my color of my car,so all in all this sucks ,lol thanks tho people
