if it is a quality lip that has a OE fitment quality and is already painted or the color/finish preferred then yes !! you can adhear it with rather 3M double sidded adheasive tape..or on some they require running sheet metal screws from behind--running them into the bumbper...usually just 3M double sided will work and hold great..just dont ever scrape bottom....i would use 3M tape and if the lip allowed ( run 3-4 sheet metal screws )....but if teh lip is not quality and OE fit..well then you need to pay someone to fight that piece of junk on there and then regret not buying a better one beacuse it will look and fit terrible..

Just installed a new one of that same lip (Type-R style) on my Civic the weekend before last. I wouldn't use tape, esp. considering what happened to my previous lip that this new one replaced. That lip was stolen off my car (that's all they took) and it was held on by 4 machine type screws. They used a screw driver to get it off, so no damage done thankfully. But this new lip I have held on my 6 diffrerent bolts/screws just to be sure. Some are allen key head type, others are normal type that came with the lip, and a couple are another type, LOL! Anyways, just attach it using screws. One goes at each end/side of the lip where it attaches to the back of the bumper by the front wheels. Then another 2 go on the bottom of the lip, where it touches the underside of the bumper. I guess kinda hard to explain, and i don't have pics right now of it to show what I mean.

My first lip was one I bought off a friend for $50. It was unused, and in perfect condition. It just didn't fit correctly. It was a Tornactive/RoBear Racing (http://www.robearracing.com) lip. My current lip I just got that fits perfect as can be, I purchased from Island Motorsports (http://www.islandmotorsports.com) here in So. Cali. for $49. You can order it off their site, shipping will be extra of course. Since I live 30 miles from their shop, I just drove to it and picked it up in store.

I have never seen a shop that has perfect prices on EVERYTHING. It's called shopping around.
As for lips, the only OEM colored ones I've seen are for Civics, but you have an Accord according to your last post, right?
