H22a Camshaft?

OK, i am fully rebuilding an h22a and putting it into my civic, i have heard of people putting in the type s cam shafts instead of aftermarket cam shaft like skunk2, i want to know if there is a real reason for this or is it just cheaper?, does it work just as good? If someone could tell me somethin about this it would be great, or perhaps let me know what will work good in someones experiences, thanks
