Thoughts on XFL.

What's the general consensus in here about the XFL? Does everyone agree with me that is just sucked or do you think it didn't get a fair shake? Now keep in mind that history has shown, football leagues that either competed directly or indirectly with the NFL, folded after a year or so.

I dont think I even saw one game.

i saw 1/4 of a game thats about it . it sucked pretty bad

I don't know, it's just not the same as pro ball. I do like the idea of how they do extra points, and how the are almost like mercenaries in the way they are paid. At least you know now that they want to win.

I saw a few games, they were alright.

To be honest, I was kinda dissapointed because of they way the promoted it. They made it seem like some really crazy things were going to take place. But then again, how crazy can they be in the game of Football. But it looks like it won't matter anyway since they are officially shut down.

yeah im glad its gone. i think the big problem was that no one wants to see football now. everyone is into baseball and hocky and bball playoffs. once the super bowl is over most ppl choose to follow another sport. thats how the normal american thinks. when u try to change that they dont like it so thats why no one watched it.
i also agree with the idea that it was gonna be really crazy. oh wow new camera angles so crazy. the whole idea sucked and its funny that they lost $35 million. take that vince :flipa:

I for one liked the XFL. I just liked the attitudes of the players here more than in the NFL. With the XFL players, you could really tell that they were playing their hearts out. A lot of NFL players have become jaded with success. They don't have the same love for the game anymore.

$35 million....be only pocket money for Vince wouldn't it?????
