Airflow switch

You know that thing in between the center air vents that allows you to turn the air off or on in that specific vent? mine is broken and always falls down half way and restricts the airflow unless i wedge a piece of paper underneath it to keep it up. is there anyway i can replace that?

if i remember correctly, you'll need to pull the dashboard out to replace the outlet/wheel unit.
