Motor mounts

I have a 1998 eclipse( my girl frinds car)i think i have a bad motor mount the motor jumps preatty bad when you change gears its an auto matic.Can anyone tell me how to first find the bad one & how hard are they to change thanks!!!!

you should be able to get one ordered from autozone or somewhere like that. You could try a mitsubishi dealer. Check www.vfaq.com i think there might be some kind of write up on it.
