aiming headlights '91 LX

Can the headlights on a 91 LX be aimed? How? I don't see any adjusting screws anywhere. Related question, how do the headlight covers come off?

they are there, if im correct they are also the screws that keep your headlights connected to the black backing plate.

The cover don't come off... unless you cut them open.

Next yes you can aim them. It's hard to explain which one's to turn to adjust them cause they are often confused with the on'e sto remove them.

Hum. Well, thanks. They are really foggy, so maybe after they get cleaned up they won't look like they need aiming so bad. Maybe.
