loss of power

I'v got an 86 nissan 720 Pickup it lost a lot of power all the sudden
There is a clicking sound in the rear of the engine near the last 2 plugs
and a white cloudy smoke coming from the tail pipe are these signs of a blown head gasket

You are correct...white smoke could be steam...are you having any overheating problems or coolant loss?

No, I've not loss any coolant or overheating problems and their is no sign of the coolant and mixing in the engine

You have lost the head gasket between number three and four piston. If you do a compression test on those two cylinders, you will find you problem. I have a 86, and it is a common problem. Their is a web site for just 720 pickup owners if you would like me to post it. Lots of information about the 720.
